If you are unsuccessful in resolving the problem then you may contact us to assist you. Do not under any circumstances send us your credit card number! The only information you should provide us is your name, the merchant's name, the date the purchase was made, the products ordered, a description of the problem, and information on how you and the merchant have attempted to resolve the matter.
